Josh Andone founded Andone Law, P.A. to build a Florida practice grounded in trial-level preparation and direct client communication. Before opening the firm, he handled personal injury, first-party insurance, and commercial litigation across Florida's state and federal courts — on both the plaintiff and defense side — an experience that shapes how the firm evaluates, prepares, and resolves cases today.
That background informs a simple approach: understand the other side's best arguments before you build your own, document the file as if opposing counsel is reading every page, and never let a client be surprised by the state of their case.
